Homeopathy is a holistic medicine which uses specially prepared substances from the mineral, animal and plant kingdoms. The remedies are mainly given in tablet form, but sometimes are administered as a liquid. The aim of homeopathy is to trigger the body's own healing ability in a gentle but powerful way with the remedies.

I prescribe according to the patient's specific set of symptoms and how they experience those symptoms, taking into account their overall health.

Each person experiences their illness in their own, individual way. Ten people could come with the same diagnosis from their doctor, influenza for example, but could all have very different experiences of that influenza. A homeopath looks at the whole picture - the symptoms and also how those symptoms are affecting that person- and prescribes an individual remedy accordingly.
